Read this first: we do not host the sites

We administer only the name. A .getsebi.xyz subdomain is a DNS entry telling the browser which server to go to — that is all. The site, the text, the images and the files sit on the customer’s server, at their hosting company. We do not see them, do not store them and cannot edit or delete them.

If you want a particular piece of content taken down, the fastest route does not go through us:

Look the subdomain up in WHOIS and see which server its DNS record points to.

The only thing we can do is switch the name off: we pull the DNS records and the address leads nowhere. It is an all-or-nothing measure — the whole subdomain goes, not the page complained about — which is why we use it for clear abuse, not content disputes.

What happens after you send it

You get a reference number immediately, on screen. If you also leave your email address, you can use it when writing to us about the same report.
We review it within the time shown on the chosen category.
We act: either we ask the holder to fix it, or we suspend the subdomain, or we explain why it is not something we can do. The holder can appeal a suspension.

What the holder learns: we tell them only the type of problem reported. The description you wrote, the evidence links and your email address are not passed on. We keep them and release them to the authorities only on a lawful request.
